Sudan is facing a devastating humanitarian crisis, with tens of thousands dead and millions displaced after nearly two years of brutal conflict between military factions. As CBN News discovered, civilians are bearing the brunt of the violence while famine grips much of the country. Twenty-one months of relentless fighting between two powerful generals vying for control of Sudan have wrecked the African nation. "The situation in Sudan is just awful," said Dervla Cleary, with the U.N.'s Food and Agriculture Organization.
